• Competences Assessment , based on a referential framework, allows identify the competences that need to be acquired during the training
• Tutor support is provided from the very beginning, to support the trainee in his competences assessment. The tutor helps the trainee to identify the competences that he wants and needs to acquire and to elaborate the training program which matches his needs. The tutor also guides participants at all stages of the training process

• State of the art learning platform - to access the pedagogical content developed by leading Business Schools and measure your performance
• Practical exercises / Case Studies - to apply the methodologies and the content proposed as well as to improve understanding of learning modules
