Competences Assessment

It is a grid of 25 competences that should allow:

  • The evaluation of the relevance of the competences with regard to the sales activity of the learner within his company. This may be done in conjunction with the sales manager
  • The self-assessment of the degree of competences for the relevant competences on a scale from 1 to 5
  • The posting of comments by the learner for each competence
  • The discussion with the coach of the scope for competence improvement


The competence assessment is to be used by the learner:

  • To evaluate his/her level of competences in relation with his/her sales activities at the beginning of the training
  • To identify the competences he/she needs to improve or to acquire
  • To determine his/her training needs
  • To set up his/her plan for the strengthening and acquisition of competences
  • To measure his/her progress in achieving the expected competences during the training period
  • To get a clear understanding of his/her achievements at the end of the training
