Tutoring

A tutor helps the learner to analyse the results of the self-assessment. Together, they identify the competences to develop; they set up a plan for the strengthening and acquisition of competences. Then, they define the training program, according to the plan for competences acquisition.

The tutor follows the learner during the entire learning program and is responsible for the validation of the acquisition of knowledge and for measuring the learner's progress in acquiring the expected competences.
